The Dolphin (PG) College of Science & Agriculture (previously the Dolphin (PG) College of Life Sciences) was established in 2006. The Yuva Education Society of New Delhi is the college's sponsor.  It is a private, coeducational, top college that offers students the opportunity to build a name for themselves as Life Sciences/Agriculture experts while also transforming and globalising their personalities. In the field of Life Sciences and Agriculture Sciences, the College now offers 12 postgraduate and undergraduate courses, as well as new courses for 2020-21.

  1. B.Sc (Hons) in Agriculture: Agriculture is concerned with the cultivation, processing, and marketing of crops and livestock. BSC Agriculture College in Chandigarh - Agriculture is concerned with the cultivation, processing, and marketing of crops and livestock. The majority of agricultural specialities place a great emphasis on the creative application of technology to increase productivity and make the best use of natural resources. India is one of the world's leading agricultural countries, with the agricultural sector accounting for 29.4% of GDP and employing over 64% of the workforce.

  1. B.Sc Cardiac Care Technology: Cardiac Care Technology monitors heart rate and measures how well a heart is working. Here, technicians assess how well a patient's heart is working. Cardiac Care Technicians are medical professionals that perform a variety of tests to help a doctor make a diagnosis. Cardiac Care Technicians aid physicians perform invasive cardiovascular testing, which involves inserting a tube into one of the heart's blood veins. Technicians monitor patients' heart rates and blood pressure after doctors place the catheter, looking for any signs of problems or distress.

  1. B.Sc Medical Lab Science: The use of clinical laboratory tests in the diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of diseases is the focus of a bachelor's degree in medical laboratory science, commonly known as a clinical laboratory science. Students in this programme learn to perform diagnostic tests on body fluids, such as haematological, bacteriological, immunologic, chemical, and microscopic tests, to aid in illness diagnosis and therapy. Students will also get the information and abilities needed to operate advanced lab equipment and conduct correct laboratory tests as part of this curriculum.

  1. B.Sc Optometry: A bachelor's degree in optometry is an undergraduate degree in eye care. The science of optometry encompasses eye examinations, diagnosis, treatment, and management of diseases and disorders of the visual system. It is the science of eyesight care. A bachelor's degree in optometry is a four-year programme that includes three years of classroom instruction and a year of clinical internship.

  1. B.Sc Operation Theater Technology: The labour and management of the operation theatre are completely covered by a B.Sc. in Operation Theater Technology. Candidates will be prepared to manage patients as well as see the precise details of an operation theatre as part of the training. Throughout the study, the candidates are in charge of caring for all surgical tools, as well as disinfecting and sterilising them. During surgery, candidates assist the specialist and nearly take care of the meds, anaesthetic gases, drapes, and sterilisation requirements.

B.Sc Radio Medical Imaging Technology: A bachelor's degree in radio imaging technology (B.Sc. in Radio Imaging Technology) is a three- to four-year undergraduate programme in medical laboratory technology. The methods and processes used to take inside photos of human body parts/organs and their capacities for clinical purposes, such as research of the body's normal architecture and physiology, are known as medical radiography imaging technology.

  1. M.Sc Microbiology: Microbiology is the study of microscopic organisms or life that is too small to be seen with the naked eye. Microbiology includes virology (the study of viruses), bacteriology (the study of bacteria), mycology (the study of fungi), and parasitology (the study of parasites) (Study of Parasites). Microbiology encompasses all of these disciplines, but it is not restricted to the study of infection and disease-causing microorganisms.

College Placement for Dolphin PG College

The institute includes a placement cell that conducts training to ensure that students are successfully recruited.
